Medium fruity, with clear notes of green apple and green banana. Sweet on the palate, with a touch of almond; spicy and smooth, without a lingering finish.
100% Arbequina on its first day of harvest. Its fruits are characteristically very small, rounded and normally appear grouped in the form of clusters. It has a medium fat yield.
This olive oil works well when used raw, in dishes that require some added flavour, such as salads, grilled vegetables, marinades, sauces (such as mayonnaise, aïoli or vinaigrettes), cold soups (such as salmorejo or gazpacho), pastry dough, or with tangy tropical fruits. It can also be used in sautéed dishes, paellas and rice dishes in general.
