ONE Arbequina is perfect for using raw in dishes that require some added flavour, such as salads, grilled vegetables, marinades, sauces (such as mayonnaise, aïoli or vinaigrettes), cold soups (such as salmorejo or gazpacho), pastry dough, or with tangy tropical fruits.
